Field-based since 2014. Aven photographs the natural world — landscapes, wildlife, and quiet still life — across five continents, with work held in private collections and printed in limited editions for collectors and galleries.
Approach
Aven prefers to work quietly — allowing landscapes and subjects to reveal themselves in their own time, rather than forcing a frame. Most images are the result of returning to the same location across several mornings, waiting for the light and the moment to align.
